Dr. Jay Lalli

 Dr. Jay Lalli was born in Edmonton and raised in Saskatoon. He completed his D.M.D in 2012 at the University of Saskatchewan and subsequently completed the General Practice Residency (GPR) in the Saskatoon Health Region. Following this, he completed his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2018 at the Winnipeg Health Region, and also graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Masters in Dentistry. He then spent 5 years in Saskatoon providing full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.  While in Saskatoon he was on staff in the Saskatoon Health Region, worked in private practice at Saskatoon Oral Surgery, was an an Assistant Professor at the University of Saskatchewan, and a member of the Central and Northern Saskatchewan Cleft Lip and Palate Clinic. He was actively involved with the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan as an elected council member between 2019-2023.

Dr. Lalli is now extremely excited and proud to call Calgary his home. He moved here with his family in 2023 after purchasing Northland Oral Surgery. He is a member of the AHS-Calgary Zone Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a clinical lecturer at the University of Calgary, and active in many local, provincial, and national associations. Dr. Lalli’s professional interests include orthognathic surgery, craniofacial trauma, dentoalveolar surgery, and teaching within academic programs. 

When not at work, Jay enjoys playing squash, golf, travelling, and spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog.
